Olifants River Lodge Mpumalanga

 

Head down into the picturesque valley of the great Olifants River Gorge between eMahlaleni (Witbank) and Middelburg on the R555 and a wonderful surprise awaits you, Olifants River lodge. A mere 1 ½hr drive from Gauteng within a 200km radius of Polokwane, Nelspruit.

Olifants River Lodge is a three star graded lodge and highly recommended by the AA.

The lodge offers a variety of accommodation that can sleep up to 250 people in a choice of Luxury villas, self- catering cabanas and traditional rondavals.

The lodge also has 40 camping and caravan sites on the banks of the Great Olifants River, with electrical points and ablutions.

Winter is not an issue with our 400m² indoor heated swimming pool with a tropical atmosphere in the middle of the Highveld. We offer fishing (bass and carp), paddleboats, horse rides, mini quad bike rides and a hiking trail.

Our two restaurants boast both an innovative buffet and a la carte menu for conference and leisure guests alike.

The Lodge also has nine fully equipped conference venues. The main conference centre is also equipped for exhibitions and can seat up to 650 people.

Our quaint wedding chapel and manicured gardens for your special day makes us your full package wedding venue. (No garden weddings)
